Now most of all I dream about the cat,but,unfortunately,my mother tells me, that animals are a huge amount of problems...And also she says,that I wont have time for it...So,It is a pity,but I cant have a little kitty..(((((What can you advise to tell my mother to have this pet....????!!)))

I think if U really smth want and the more if your desire can easy become true..Why not?Tell your mother,that we live only once and should try to get more joy from it))
